I remember he was often derided and labelled' music to commit suicide to' but it was much more than that. IMO he would have been more deserving of that award than Dylan.

Sad news indeed. The first track of his I heard was Waiting for the Miracle, in Natural Born Killers, which remains my favourite to this day. So that's tonight's film sorted!
