Les Mill's Virtual Spin

Has anyone else done these before? I work at a leisure centre and we offer these and I LOVE them. They are brilliant for beginners or people who may not like a class environment - they are generally never busy and we offer lots of different videos.

I have done enough spin classes in various places to know what to do myself so sometimes I go in between instructor and virtual classes and do my own spin - I have a nifty little playlist and I actually love doing it to my own favourite dance music.

Any other people do these classes?

Not the actual less mills ones.
But they offer spin within my gym package. Its a good workout - but not cycling specific - Ive just got an app on my phone and sometimes just do a lone workout on that. The instructor classes push me harder though.
