However I do object to the photo used at the top of the article ...
its a bit of pavement that I use frequently ... and legally (though its the one that came up in the RLJ'ing thread due to the way the lights are timed so that it looks as if you have RLJ'd). Either that or he is stopped on the road in the ASL ... either way he isn't cycling illegally I would say. You would think they have some photos to illustrate the point they were trying to make.
I like the idea that motorists as well can go on the course... it will be interesting to see how many people take this up especially the motorists.
CYCLE on a pavement, go through a red light on your bike or cut up someone on two wheels in your car and you could soon find yourself on a course
The scheme is being compared to speed awareness courses that are offered to motorists caught speeding.
