One of our Bike Week events, Lewisham Cyclist invite anyone who cycles over the Eddystone Rd railway bridge on LCN 22, just behind the Brockley Jack, to a free Bike Breakfast. We will be there with fresh coffee (proper coffee, not instant) orange juice and croissants. So if that's your commute route, start out a few minutes earlier and join us for breakfast.
Here's a link to a map of the venue

Well, I have three standard routes to get from Bromley to Southwark in the morning. I think I know which one I'll be using next Tuesday. :hungry:

(The one that goes via Eddystone Rd bridge, in case you were wondering. ^_^ )

Would be lovely to see people. Those who stuff themselves with cake and croissants might want to come out on our Peaks of Lewisham ride after work on the following Thursday, starting 6.30pm. The borough's hills would get rid of the calories you consume. Especially if you follow it up with the Midsummer Madness Ride which kicks off from Greenwich about 5 hours after that ride ends in Sydenham!

V tempting. I use that bridge most days, and I was particularly delighted when it put in an appearance in the long-running game of Bicycle Tag of Bike (on lfgss) and I was able identify the specific light fitting in front of which someone had photographed their bike and then to offer this up

Superb! And very fine game it is too.
If what passes for my branes has the capacity to remember, I shall endeavour do divert from my commute to partake of this - assuming it hasn't gone all @pe$h!t at work.
Will tea be available? Coffee tends to leave me err..... totally wired.
Nice bars, PaulRide.

Well, I will probably be there from half six, getting set up. I have just put some posters up on the mast there, and they say 7.30 to 9am (I think!)
As it's you asking, User10571, we will do tea.

Just realised that's a bit early for me - I usually get the train that arrives in Bromley at 8.50, so I wouldn't normally be going through there until after 9am. Might have to get an earlier train that day.

Just for me?
I'm flattered. And a tad embarrassed.
It's for the best, thobut.
You wouldn't like me when I've had a coffee....

I could leave you a little food parcel in a mutually agreed secret location. Or maybe, hide it and just leave you some clues- see if you can find it before the foxes get it.
