Either way it's a non event. If I had to be licenced, so be it. The only difference will be that cyclists with licences Will RLJ or ride like twots jus like licences car drivers already do.

Too broad...and illuminates a lack of understanding....now a poll for liscencing cyclists entering congested cities, now that would be relevant.
