I visited their factory once.
It was very high security with body searches and no phones or cameras.
The temptation to take a few samples is very high.
Even a roll of the blank paper is valuable as it can be used to make high quality counterfeits.

The paper of old was/is, technically, closer to being a fine cloth rather than a piece of actual paper.
