Conforms to EN 471:2003 so satisfies requirement for night/bad visibility cycling in rural France and be carried in a car at all times in many EU countries (and a good idea here too). Obviously not as streamlined as a purpose designed gilet and is only good for a limited number of washes but if your need is only occasional - a real bargain!
