Fresh Morecambe Bay plaice, hand filleted, slightly touched with butter, speckled with freshly ground pepper, lightly drizzled with lemon, and slowly grilled, with Maris Piper potatoes, hand chipped and deep pan fried in lard to perfection, accompanied a tin of Bonduelle garden peas microwaved to just the right temperature, and you want to put bloody brown sauce on them?
Tartar sauce is good as well.
And malt vinegar.
