The time spent wearing it is not going to be anywhere near the time it sits about doing nowt is it?

You know, that 10 hours or so a day when you have to work, the other hours when you are sleeping, having a shoot, shaving, eating etc etc.

Unless of course you wear your helmet all the time like all the other boys and girls on the window lickers bus.

Well if you are really concerned about your safety, then you should you wear your helmet all the time, people have died from slipping in the shower and banging their heads...

Cycling really isn't that dangerous

I only wear one for MTBing and it's main benefit is that it fends of branches.

I am no helmet lover, mine lives in a cupboard most of time, I would not leave it lying around in direct sunlight.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
My helmet is 2 years old and is fine apart from the pads getting a bit past it even though i do wash them .

Unfortunately they do not make them anymore for a bell Stryker unless anyone knows of a compatible set?

Tried CRC with no luck.

Truth be told, that is what cycle helmets were originally design for and is all they are really fit for...
