Ride It Like You Stole It!

Not to be taken too seriously. But one can see why sorting out minor accident's cost a fortune. All down to who is at fault, or indeed who they perceive is at fault.
Got a friend that has run into the back of another car. Car in front was indicating left, enters yellow box, but then stops to let another driver turn right into side road (left turn was at the box). My friend runs into back of car in front.
Obviously it's not my friends fault - it's the other driver
. Now she's had two 'friends' (includes me) tell her its her fault as she had not left enough room between her and the car in front. She 'may' get a sharing of the liability, but will have to expect to take this on the chin. I can see her ranting on and on about this - she is quite 'hot headed'.
