My generic light-with-a-t6-led was £17 off ebay and is giving good service so far. For £1 over budget you could get three of them - one on each fork leg and a spare, plus your current light. I doubt you'd lack for illumination.

Ixon iq premium is indeed k-marked. Maybe worth looking at the Ixon Core as well - beam is narrow for my taste, but as good as the Trelock

Santa is bringing me the volt 300 for xmas. I think this is a little more than your budget, but looks bright on the charts.

I got it (Volt 300) with two batteries and a docking chamber for £56 on line iirc and I think places had the base unit for £45
