Lightweight jacket

Now the weather is getting warmer, my Altura Night Vision jacket is a bit heavy so I am looking for a lightweight jacket for cooler evenings and also to be seen (so yellow), windproof rather than waterproof, some breathability, packable to fit into a backpack.

Probably a men's one (medium-large) (women's tend to be a bit short, I have long arms and I like my ample bum covered ), don't want to spend more than £30.

Cheers. I have found the Ridelite for £18 delivered - I reckon it'll do the trick as long as breathable-ish. I shall procrastinate a little longer however
