There's nothing like that on the Met Office website. As others have mentioned, the Daily Excess is quoted in the article so the forecast is more likely to have come from Pearce Corbyn (brother of Jeremy) who is well known for issuing apocalyptic and inaccurate long range forecasts

I think parts of it may need more than that.

I survived a trip to Gainsborough on Sunday, to watch Shrewsbury Town beat them in the FA Cup......don't think I will return given any choice! What a dive!

I do believe that 3 weeks ago they were saying 3 months of the worst snow the country has ever seen, starting in November.......hmmmm no sign of that and so time to try the floods and hurricane devastation headlines instead
