I got it playing and scanned back and forth between the vid and the comments above. Lots of comments about his riding I could make, the first being DOOR ZONE!!
However, what came to mind at 3:15 had nothing to do with the skater. I just wondered if anyone had ever seen the cops at a box junction? You know that rule about "You don't enter, unless your exit is clear"? Anyone ever seen the police actively enforcing one of these?
That box was full of 'parked' cars....... could reduce the deficit by enforcing it

The Police dont enforce the box junctions thesedays. Its usually done from CCTV.
Can't say I know of anyone who's ever been even cautioned for it
