A live streamer stopped a sickening attack on an Asian man who was being attacked by a violent thug who was trying to steal his bike:

I hope the offender gets identified, charged, and convicted. Furthermore, I hope he receives a punishment which sends out an appropriate message. But my cynical side thinks that that at some point, the system will let down the victim - as happens far too often.
