Hi there,
Just wanted to inform everyone of a very poor experience I had with online bike rental company Livelo. Booked a Trek Emonda for a days Hire this Monday in Zurich, money was taken from my account and confirmation email sent. There was text in the email about collection on Sunday or Monday as the store was closed and to contact a Livelo, however after multiple emails and phone calls and reconvening no reply I went to the collection store to try and arrange this. Turns out they don’t work with Livelo anymore and there had been no communication between Livelo and the bike shop despite taking my money.
I would avoid at all costs in the future and wanted to pass this onto to the community.
