"Modern" retelling of the age old nativity play, Joseph as asylum seeker performed live in Liverpool with a host of "faces" and well known tunes slotted in.
I thought it was pretty excellent entertainment, a change from the usual, well performed, interesting setting and good vibes.

In case simoncc pops along, I thought it was worth my licence fee.

I don't watch much TV anyway. But If I'd known I'd have made a special effort to not watch any. Sounds positively ghastly.

I was going to post this earlier but thought better of it. Two glasses of port later. Why would anyone watch this shoot? And better still, how could anyone watch it and enjoy it? Quite perplexing.

Well, it's Christmas time (which means something more to some of us than rank commercialism), the Nativity is the traditional story for this time of year, it was family viewing, it was live theatre in an interesting setting, contained a variety of popular song, well performed, positive and uplifting.
That might not be of value to you, but it is to some. Surely not that perplexing:wacko:

As in, you live in a rural setting.
Well currently a small town if it make any difference...I come from a small city spent a large part of my life in London and a few years living in Sweden.
What's your point? And what has it to do with my enjoyment of a TV prog?
