Except, hello, no one looks at the non drive side of a bike do they.
You're living in the past. The advent of disc brakes has made the non drive side a whole lot more interesting.

Surely you need to have one facing in and one facing out, the negative effects which would be caused by the imbalance in the weight of the logos should they both face the same way and the devastating effect this would have on aerodynamics, average speed, hill climbing and most importantly strava segments don't bare thinking about!!

Its not always driveside - on the track you have to be careful with some brands as the logos can be a bit slippy on the banking.
