Not sure if I can make it now either this Sat. Should we perhaps re-schedule this one for another time when more are likely to be able to make it? Just a thought...

Due to the latest weather forecast of -5 degrees for this evening and a high for Saturday of 0 degrees. We think it safest to postpone this ride on safety grounds. Over half the ride would be on un gritted roads that are likely to be very icy. I hope you are not too disappointed and look forward to see you all on Tdr1nka's ride later in the month.

Yes, sorry that it had to be cancelled - although I am glad not to miss one of these rides now. I look forward to seeing everyone on the Bleak Midwinter ride.

I have been at work today 
but did manage to take an hour and a half of finger numbing through Ashford, Shepperton, Walton, E Molesey, Hampton Court and Bushey Park - as escort to the Giant with F in L on board - at escargot style pace of 19kmh
I'm pleased not to have dipped out of this one - hopefully I will be up before the bleak very soon...
