Word on the street is the death cage cabbies are flooding this consultation with responses to retain their vice grip over the capitals road network.

Done. As someone who works in the City and chooses to walk most places around there (the majority of my cycling is done nearer home, well outside London), even the non-cycling proposals on this interest me greatly.
