London Commuters, Battersea Brigde route

Hi All

I've got to get from Streatham to Earl's Court tomorrow for a show, and given the transport chaos thought I may bike it. Is Battersea Bridge A - a death trap and B - open?

I go across it every day. Yes it is open (unlike Albert Bridge which is open for pedestrians only). There are usually queues going north, but you can filter up the outside if you take care. Be careful if you go up the inside because there are railings on the edge of the pavement.

You won't have any trouble at all.

I took it today. and nearly got killed all becuase of the damn suicidal cyclists out there weaving all over the place!
