Why, why, why does everybody on TV say it?
In every type of programme, every presenter seems able to express delight, amazement, surprise or any other emotion in only one way - "Look at THAT!!!!!!"
As professional TV people, surely they should know that I can only see what the camera is pointing at. The fact that I'm watching TV means that I am looking. I resent being told to do something when it should be perfectly obvious that I'm already doing it.
I assume that these people have been selected for their roles because they have a higher-than-average ability to communicate; that they can use language to convey information precisely and effectively.
So why don't they prove that they're up to the job, and stop behaving like twunts?
