I am spoilt for choice, The sprint point at Pocklington just down the road. The course goes past my village, and the finish is in York.

So, will you be joining the York/Hull posse dash from Pock to York to see the sprint and the finish?

A couple of years ago, the ToB had a stage finish in Kendal. I think I (on my Windcheetah) was about the last thing allowed down the road before they closed it for the riders arriving. The best bit (besides the waiting throngs cheering as I rode past ) was waiting at the corner of the final 0.5km to the finish - which was up Beast Bank - and seeing the leader come around the corner in the big ring, whack it onto the small ring and nearly come to a halt (it is steep) while being run over by the following team car. Did no one reccie the finish?

Yes, I am up for it. A mate wants to see it too, then he's got to go back to Pocklington to work afterwards.
