How are you going to get the rust off the wheel rims because I am struggling to clean mywestwood rims

Frame doesn't look too bad, imperfections are just signs of the times.

What condition will you try to get it to looks like the same condition as my runwell wheels are my biggest problem any advice would be a help

Have you done any work on the bike yet I am trying to do the same to an old runwell but it's a big job to try to clean it properly it's all stripped down and the paint work is starting to show signs of what was originally underneath somebody in a previous life had decided to overpaint everything in some sort of black oil based paint handlebars were originally nickle plated but are now not very good but will keep going
