Hi all,

Relatively new to cycling, very new to the cycling forums...

I'm currently riding a home-built single speed/fixed gear and want to build another. I've been desperately searching eBay, Gumtree, Freecycle etc for months looking for an affordable (I have quite a low budget being a student), suitable frame. The frame I used for my current ride is a very poor Emmelle frame from the 80's. I want my next build to be a bit better and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction of a frame with a completely horizontal (no sloped) top tube and horizontal dropouts OR track ends but these seem to increase the price drastically.

Many thanks

Ed

P.S. Condition isn't particularly an issue as I think half the fun is in restoring the frame and I love the whole hands on aspect so if its ridable but battered I don't mind

P.P.S I love the look of the Carlton Corsa but can't find one anywhere, if anyone has one or can show me the way to one that'd be amazing
