Ah right that makes sense. so the campagnolo groupset would be for competizone?

They probably had the option to fit any level of groupset to the same frame, the cost would rise in proportion as to how expensive that was, there are a couple above 105 (Ultegra and Dura-Ace) but there are lots of different levels of Campagnolo groupsets too

Looks like the 2013 as you have stated, looks like larger than standard handlebars.
A bit overpriced imo, you could be getting a bike a few years more recent with 105 for £300.
If in good condition I would suggest £250, just in my opinion of course.

Edit, my estimated value was pretty good. A 56cm bike of this model recently sold on ebay for £256. Well, early June.

Yeah after more than and everyones opinions i thought it was a bit pricey so i went back with a lower price and refused. the search continues...
