does anyone have experience with these roads? I live in CA and am working with Mapmyride, but it would be so great to have some input. My brother and I will be cycling this in a couple weeks.

Don't know the way from Guilford CT, but once at the Cape I used the (you can use the Canal path north to get to the northern side of the Cape) rail trail/6A -you can follow it pretty much all the way up to PTown (Shawme Crowell State Park is a decent place to camp cheaply). Just be aware in the Summer the roads are very busy.
