Do you mean buy a bus or take the bus? Either way, it would be quite expensive and quite time consuming to use a bus as a mode of transport.
If I was to take it, it would require nearly 2 hours each way with several changes, charges being around £16 per day.

Buy a bus and charge punters over the odds fares....sorted

Nah, you can cycle at that pace for ages without sweating just like you can walk for ages without sweating. 4 miles would only take about 25 minutes at that pace.

I know what you're saying but I, personally, can barely walk the 400m to school without breaking a sweat unless it's very cold. I also cycle because I love the freedom and exercise which comes with it, cycling Dutch style in a suit would be a horrible experience for me; I would feel resticted and vulnerable moving at that pace. It's just not for me. I'm looking forward to when I'll be able to commute proper.

Fair enough. I can't keep a 'sensible' pace without pedestrians and the like around myself, to be honest.

Turns out the school had put doors on some showers since I was last in the small changing rooms, my old PE teacher's agreed to open them up each morning. Now I can cycle in again! :hyper:

I hope you get your showers back on schedule Gaz, speed you go you need em :P

A few days in and it's not too bad. The only issue is drying clothes, I have no hanging rail any more so my only option is the back of my chair, not sure my colleagues appreciate it and perhaps less so when it rains.

Any metal cabinets to which magnetic hooks may be attached?
It's an open office and considering we have already had comments on our sartorial elegance, I don't think it will go down well with HR (Who are on the same floor as us)
