This sun shine has totally destroyed my pace.
i keep thinking its a really nice day, i will take it easy for a bit and enjoy the sun on my face.
takes an extra 10-15 mins to get home but who cares.

I'm even being nice to pedestrians and other road users, even when they cut me up, i tell myself its thier hurry not mine.

Part of me is angry its so nice and the sun has brought all the fair weather cyclists out and now my favourite spot to lock my bike in our private shed at work is being used by some new person.....

On the other hand decided to take a leisurely bike ride in to work today which was very pleasant!

I'm just back at work and commuting after a month off due to illness, I'm about 60% fit and very slow. This early spring sunshine is frustrating, I just want to enjoy it but I haven't got the endurance or the pace and its just hard work, I also have to watch as people who I would normally go past go past me instead, and all I can do is keep riding steady and keep building the fitness back up.

Legs still haven't totally forgiven me from the 60miler at the weekend, so yep just cruised it! V nice. Cheeky hangover too due to impromptu Tuesday pints- cycling's a great cure :-)
