Lost key cards.

Can you buy a device to read the frequency of your car key card?
Think mine is lost in the house.

Too late to help this time, but I suffer from lost keys. My OH has dementia and for ever miss placing them. I've added a dongle on each of our key rings, which sets off a loud bleep, when the search button is pressed on a remote control.

Remember to hide the remote control in a safe place!

Mine are fairly simple devices and more sophisticated tracker versions available.

You'd need to activate the card with a modulated magnetic field in order to energise it and get it to produce the RF response.

Sadly, its probably easier just to hunt for it.
