Loud Free Hub

Hi can anyone recommend a good quality and very loud clicking freehub I know the 2 things go hand in hand due to pawl numbers , but my motives are purley vanity I just want a singing freehub . It's an 8 speed cassette. If anyone knows supplier , price etc

Superstar components hubs are LOUD! The V3
As are Novatech if wanting better quality (Spa sell as an example but only if you’ve got plenty of spokes)
Mavic can be loud too

Spoke count influences hub more than speed (you can add spacers)

what sort of bike? Are you looking at new wheels?

Hi my bikes a Cannondale Synapse with Claris group set 8 speed , I thought you can simply take a freehub off and stick another on as long as you could get the cassette on , is that not the case ?

No, you need to rebuild the wheels (or buy new ones). Hub needs to take the right number of spokes for your rims.
Front and rear, just rear?
If you like clicky noise, playing cards on spokes

Dunno, website spec doesn't say.
2018 was Novatec hubs but could not find anything for 2020 onwards

There's quality and there's £200+ on a hub
Attached to which you’d want high quality spokes and rim

As are Novatech

Not quite true. I have Novatech hubs on two bikes. One is near silent, the other is on the acceptable side of not so loud.
