its been superb weather, and great road conditions, and yet I got a puncture today, first one on my Gatorskin tires, but they have been on for the last 1500 miles, so not too bad.

wow what a wonderful week for cycling this week is, cool mornings, no frost, nice warm evening cycle home....cant wait for summer now, did 48 miles this week so far and reached a top speed of 35.6 mph downhill.
I feel great

Watch out there is frost in parts, although chiefly in the mornings. Nonetheless roll on Spring!

Been good, and 3 of the 4 days this week I've been travelling between sites in the middle of the day - lots of sun. For the first time in a long time, the bike is actually dusty I'm slacking........

Only had overshoes on first thing today, not used at all the rest of the week...... makes a change. Forecast is OK for the weekend too..... might get my long training run in for the Cheshire Cat....

Did you get a few wolf whistles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
