I sometimes fry up a batch of liver to put in the freezer for the dog... only problem is, most of it never makes it as far as the freezer, coz I eat it all. Lovely stuff!!!!!!!!!
Liver if cooked too long does go a bit rubbery. The best way is to flash fry it on both sides with some seasoned flour and then serve with whatever veg you like. My choice would be with mash and red onion gravy.
