My Dad used to have it when I was a kid about 20 years ago and I probably tried a piece then, but I can't remember, so I honestly don't know if I like it or not, and nor am I in any great rush to find out either, not because I am disgusted by it you understand, but just because it isn't something I have on the radar when I go to buy food.

Liver bacon mixed in a nice thick onion & mushroom gravy - My favourite meal.
You're not allowed to eat liver when your pregnant, after having #3, first meal served on the ward was liver, everyone groaned as the menu went round - I gave a squeal of delight & even got 3 helpings of 'seconds' Mmmmmmmm

Never liked it other than as leberwurst pate. I have no problem with what it is, but don't like the bitter taste or vulcanized-rubber texture.

Liver-loving friends assure me it's just because I've never tasted it "done properly".
