Like a lot of people on here, and simular posts, what a lovely ride home tonight. Must be the weather as seen a lot of other posts like this. Nice and warm, lots of other cyclists. Even talked to one toninght! lol. Of course, i had to shout at a few others that went through red lights and got in my way   Just lovely to have a good fast ride home where the lights are good for you and the roads mostly safe. Glad i took water bottle today as well.

Anyone else have a nice ride home?

(sweating like a pigglet with legs and lungs burning still. YES! bring it on)

Apart from a run in with a Porsche, contact with my rear stays, but surprisingly it just caused a minor wobble and induced a very hard stare from me.

Twas very enjoyable today in both directions. I changed my route today to a slightly longer one which turned out to have better behaved traffic  The sun shone ferociously on the way back but the gradient wasn't as steep as the other routes so it was quite pleasant. This has now been decreed my hot weather route.

I preferred my ride in in the harr this morning. I was just going along at a slow pace overtaking a few cyclists but not really bothering. A bloke overtook me and that was all the encouragement I needed  and I increased my pace from around 14.4 to 20 ish mph. It must of been a challenge to him as he desperately re tried to overtake. I moved forward slightly towards the rivet and quickly accelerated to 27mph and left him .

an excellent commute today. lovely weather. The A21 resembled a Tour de France peleton this morning there was so many cyclists.. the good weather certainly brings them out, good and bad ones, nice bikes and crap bikes, all the gear and no idea.. you get the picture. On way home had a nice tailwind resulting in my fasted ever round trip commute (38 mile round trip)

Faced a head wind on the way home, and a Mondeo pulling out in front of me from a side street, guy did say sorry... Shame I go the V's from the "Happy Hour" Driving instructor who tried to pass me on a pinch point! Apart from these it was still an enjoyable ride home

Good ride here, marred my a on occasional click from the bike. So....saddle off, seat post off, re-greased and put on, pedals/BB checked, found slightly loose mudguard bolt, bars off bolts and plate re-greased and re-assembled.
