not lovely

Snap. Plus I'd had to replace another loose spoke on the Aksium rear the night before and the wheel now has a bad wobble. It was rubbing on the brake all the way home too.

Need to get the wheel into the shop for a good truing; still can't get the knack of truing these minimal spoke wheels ;)

I had a good ride home yesterday, a little windy part of the way but not much problem.

Early in the ride while at some lights I saw a roadie zip onto my route. He proabably gained about 40 second advantage on me. This is a flat stretch for about 2 miles yet he was out of his saddle all of the time. I caught him with after about 1 mile.

After another mile I turned off to take the promenade, no vehciles but much wind so its good training. My route this way takes me 4.5miles and eventually I saw standing rider, still standing, cross me at another junction. His route was about 4miles.

I was surpised he was still out of the saddle. He looked pretty fit to be faair, so I was surprised to see him stand and wibble.
