That is one low pass,never seen them that low before,our airport has a similar thing where people watch the landings,but its further away and the planes are very high in comparison.

Brilliant. Its Princess Juliana in the Dutch Antilles.

If you go to airliners.net, theres footage of a KLM 747 that nearly clips the fence and lands well before the piano keys.

KLM pilots are apparently like black cab drivers and think normal safety limits do not apply to them.

yep - the above link has been much debated on pilots forums. About 3m clear of the fence they reckon. Note the guy at the fence didn't stay stood up.
