M Bolt size help

I've got one of these seatpost clamps (looks same design but different make) with holes for panniers..

The bolt has worn so unable to tighten properly - anyone any idea what size the bolt is to tighten to seatpost?

Also I need 4x bolts for the panniers as I've put them somewhere safe! I believe the pannier bolts are M5?

Found 1x bolt at the bottom of my (work, computer tools) toolbox - God knows what size it is (think its some part of a server rack) but it only fits!!!

i think most bottle cage and rack points are m5 thread , seat clamp is a bit more difficult to guess or advise on

Thabks, Sorted seat clamp bolt, bought some M5's so hopefully they'll fit...
