M15 bolt thru fork to 12mm bolt through axle

I have forks with M15 (1.5mm pitch) bolt through inserts. I have a spare set of wheels which will take a maximum 12mm bolt through axle. Overall hub length inc spacers is 100mm in both cases.

Does anybody know of an M15 to M12 threaded reducer specific to this task? I can find a few things I think I can make work, but would rather buy something fit for the task.
