I too was extremely excited and "found" this website. I have been searching for a mountain bike for weeks so was also alarmed I had not really come across it before in all my searches. I live in Durban, South Africa - where they offered - FREE shipping (awesome). Being the pessimist I am I decided to try and call them to double check a couple of things, but could never get through. Always went straight to voice mail - no automated message, just the number and a beep. Tried this with the spanish number - same response... so I started emailing them asking them a couple of questions and this was the response I got!!!!!!

Can you believe it..... I decided to go with my instincts and leave them WELL ALONE...... if this is customer service then I refuse to give them any support......
Since this response I have found more and more people complaining they have been scammed..... I FIRMLY believe they are a scam website and DON'T get fooled.
