Mad peds and pavement cyclists

Lovely ride home yesterday... but seemed to be an abundance of pavement cyclists. Anyone else seeing this, or is it just a Manc thing?

Within the space of 20 seconds heading up Talbot Road in Stretford I saw 3 pavement cyclists and almost wiped out a muppet ped who disengaged her brain before crossing the road... fun, fun, fun!!

I used to head shake, still do sometimes, but it means the camera bounces about and ruins any footage
