It would seem that the cycle company existed before the American plastic kit manufacturer started, even though they share the same spelling .
I’ve spent many happy hours with Revell model kits, only ever seen 1 a Revell bike and that was in the back of someone car

Reading threads elsewhere the lugs fit the swallowtail description of the frames Dave Yates made for freewheel/Revell bikes.

I recently bought a storage unit and it had this bike inside. Needs crankset, but everything else is there. Anyone have an idea to the value?

If it needs major parts replacement then it's value is strictly that of a fixer-upper; i.e. significantly less than a well sorted bike that's ready to ride. Prices might be a bit inflated ATM, but I reckon 90% of the born-again Coronacyclists' bikes will be stuffed into sheds & garages by the end of this month and secondhand values will drop like a stone as demand wanes and new bike 2021 model supply comes onstream.

i bought the frame and forks at the local shop, the shop got it through a supplier in Chicago, price for the complete bike was $999. (in 1984), ps. it was my 2nd frame set, 1st one was stolen out of my garage. in 1984.

I wonder what the Pound Sterling/USD exchange rate would have been back then?
Even if it was 2 dollars to the pound, that would make it a £500 bike, which in 1984 was a fair chunk of money. About £1500 today, adjusted for UK inflation.
