Hi, I'm new to the forum and fairly new to cycling. Got a Specialized Hardrock for Christmas and now got the cycling bug! I want a magazine to read while I can't get out on the bike, there are quite a few to choose from and rather than buy them all I wondered if you could recommend me one. I am more of a leisure cyclist at the moment. Apologies if this has been asked a 100 times before, but the search engine doesn't throw up anything specific. Many thanks.

Cycling Active is more leisure oriented and is likely the best place to start but Cycling Plus is decent if you want to alternate, but more expensive stuff generally. Or an MTB mag as you have an MTB?

I like women's cycling but it is aimed at errr women which may or may not target your demographic

Save money on magazines, buy some OS maps and start planning routes for when the weather picks up. One of the best things I have done with my Hardrock is explore the county and surrounding areas
