I believe that the cameras these days can provide facial recognition therefore I am suprised that the authorities needed to take mr Coogan to court as they must have been aware that the driver was a woman.

Like the facial recognition a certain Mr. J. Clarkson provided, via the BBC, of himself as Bill Oddie whilst in Japan and speeding. Obviously condoned by the same BBC as they put it out on T.G. Surely the Director General should have been summoned to court, in Japan, to say who was driving at the time .
