Mmm. Obviously I'm happy that my footage is used, and I gave permission to STV and ITV (they only used it after contacting me), but Sky News and Channel 4 didn't. Mmm. I might contact them and see what I can do! The money would be useful!
depends on the wording of the emails whether you agreed it to be passed over, also you might be able to blag a standard/reduced invoice from ITV again wording dependant

The driver was a tool but I wasn't too impressed with the rider either, the tanker turned up in the POV very late indeed, how you don't both hear and see that beforehand I don't know unless you are seeking a confrontation and/or death.
Taboo perhaps but sometimes I feel it's only a matter of time before we get a helmet cam vid posted by someone who breaks a bone mountain biking and then blames the tree they hit and sues the forestry commission.

Pardon my ignorance, but who is Susie?
I didn't sign anything for anyone. I'm pretty sure that none of the video footage used on channel 4 and sky was with permission, and mine wasn't the only footage used.
I've sent e-mails off to both saying that they took my copyrighted material and used it without permission, and would they be compensating me for this? The ball is in their court.
Of course if anyone can help with this, it be appreciated.
(I'll donate some of what I get to charity as well, as it seems the right thing to do!)

Nope i was at work from 6 pm till 3 am so i missed it completely as usual , mind you if i was at home the tv is monopolized bySWMBO for soaps and mini ck for Disney channel.Why do you think i come t0 CC for the sparkling whit ?
