The newest version of the app promises mapping, but I can't see how you access it. Do you have to register with Mapbox?

Press the play button to open a ride, then swipe left a few times. Not used it myself yet, but put a few locations in and the route options were pretty bad and doesn't look like you can pick an alternative route, even though it shows some. But it may become clear when I give it a go.
On first impressions, I expect I'll be sticking with komoot.

Thanks Moogie. Could be useful, not for the route planning - I prefer to do that myself, the old fashioned way - using a map (online or paper), but just for map availability on the road.
