Not guilty - I've never knowingly eaten Quinoa.

And is it just me, or does the Telegraph article actually just say "Doctors think that eating wholegrains is good for you"?

Quinoa used to keep Peruvians and Bolivians alive, until it started making us poncey foodsters live for ever. Now they can't afford it...

I saw something at the checkout in out local Aldi that filled my heart with dread. I can't remember precisely what it was, but the label said something like 'fwa fwa fwa with quinoa'. I can only hope the contents were nothing but a note saying 'sod off back to Waitrose'.

You think ugali's bad you should try loucou (sometimes known as fu fu), a manioc flour version of polenta.
I didn't think nibbling on fufu was your cup of tea, Reg.
