Anyone else planning to do this?
Signed up with a work colleague. He is a chunk fitter than me, but has never done a metric century before, and is more scared of hills than I am.
Lovely part of the country, and looking forward to it. Shall probably be wearing my Cycle Chat top.

Myself and a couple of the guys at work may do this ride. I'll do the shortest circuit if I do go.

Good ride, very well sign-posted, good organisation, good facilities. Lovely part of the country, and a good route that had some decent climbs, but not too much. Avoided major towns which was nice. Would recommend.
Got Gold Standard on the Epic. Colleague and I formed up with another rider and worked well together on a windy day.
Only let-down was the lack of peanuts or other easy-to-eat salty snack at the feed stations. Mark Cavendish's nuts were too fiddly to scoff in sufficient quantity. And why the Oreos? Otherwise, well stocked and well manned.
