I bet every flasher claims it was "accidental" when up before the beak.

Just because it's in his own house doesn't mean he can act exactly as he wishes..... I had some neighbours once who played very loud music until 4 or 5 in the morning. Their justification was that it was their house and they could do exactly what they wanted. Maybe you can, if you're a selfish, ignorant b*stard with no thought for anyone else, but decent folk try not to be like that.
I don't think you compare your issue with the one in the OP, can you?
Playing music excessively loud is completely different, it can be viewed as anti social behavior, simply hopping out of bed to grab a coffee at 5:30 naked without knowing anyone would see it is absolutely fine imo. The difference between the two is fundamental, the person next to you plays the music regardless of the opinions of other, the naked man didn't know he was offending anyone.
Next people won't be able to watch TV after the watershed, without the fear of someone seeing through the gaps in the curtains...

Springfield...........it was Homer was it? Tell me it was! Euh.....gross......... as Marge's sisters would say.

I wonder if he checked his microwave to see if there was a rabbit sunbathing in it :laugh::smile:?

I smell a rat, because if he is found guilty, then the woman will no doubt make a personal injury claim against him for psychiatric harm caused to her and her child $$$$$. She sounds like she's on the make. Poor kid. I would be well grumpy dragged out of bed for 5:30am to go and stalk some innocent guy having an early morning coffee in the buff in his own home. I bet the kid will blow the Mum's cover "Mum you said the guy got up at 5am so you dragged me there too early. We had to hide in the bushes for 45 minutes. My sneekers got dirty and I got a thorn in my butt. I hate you and your stupid schemes!" "Oh oh, did I say the wrong thing?"

Canoe man, balloon boy ...........

No issues here, just happen to think that whilst the bloke has a right to wander around stark boll*ck naked if he wishes, he does also have a responsibility to ensure that the right of others not to see him naked is respected.

Very old fashioned view, granted, as responsibilty seems to be a dying concept.

I can't see any issues there, seems perfectly fair to me.

Why the feck are people in the US (and in the UK, although to a marginally lesser extent) so hung up about nudity?

In France, they don't give a sh*t, in Italy they don't give a sh*t, in Spain they don't give a sh*t, in Germany they don't give a ... do you see a pattern emerging here?

But in the UK and US, we get, "Oooo! It's a nudey man! Oooo! Let me drop my prissy, prudish jaw in shock! Ooo! How perfectly awfull! My eyeballs will be scarred for life! More tea, Vicar?".

He was a man. He was naked. So what?

Too much protesting, vicar. You did read that this occurred at 5.30 in the AM didn't you.

Shortly after moving in to my first home, the young lady across the road exhibited herself in her bedroom window when I was looking out of my bedroom window contemplating remodeling the front garden.

Of course I immediately called the police, not.

The girl's name was Natasha. "Tasha the flasha" from then on.

Not everyone starts at 9am. We get people walking to the local hospital at about 4am. I know that because one of them phoned the copshop when my neighbours hadn't worked out how to switch the burglar alarm off after being in the house for a month and left the front door open overnight so we had the police outside at 4:30am. Then at about 5:30 the milk float arrives and there's certainly the odd car leaving the road at about that time.

But 5:30 with a child? Well what's a shift worker to do with a child until school starts? Take it to a relative maybe after having had an early night in bed?

Now come on Mother Superior, surely you realise not everyone lives a 9-5 existence don't you ?

Indeed I do but you'd be a bit twisted to be so restricted that you didn't feel you could casually walk round your own home without first ensuring you were dressed decently at 5.30 in the AM. Plus he should have counter claimed agianst the bitch for trespass, voyeurism and having a child out at that time of the morning. Where was she taking him? To the local chimney sweeps?

HAHA! Amazing post, agree 100%

A few years ago in Sweden, a man won the right to sunbathe naked in his garden, despite protests from a neighbour.

The judge declared that the neighbour had the option of not looking!

OK, Swedes are known for their liberal views towards sex and nudity, but they are equally aware that nudity doesn't equate to wanting/having sex.

But common sense should prevail in the case of this post!
