Man prosecuted after cycling with German shepherd dog tied to bike

I'd say one of these is an offence I wasn't aware of...

He pleaded not guilty to dangerous cycling, riding a pedal cycle on a public road and failing to stop when directed by a uniformed police officer and failing to give his name and address.

There are three offences there, not four, but the vagaries of punctuation hit the journalist between the eyes.
